There are many exercises for bigger arms that don't require the use of weights. For example, you can use water bottles and cans of soup as weights. You must work your arms until you fail in order to build muscle. These techniques aren’t for beginners but they are very effective. These are some tips to help you build arm muscles. (*) Perform the following exercises at home to build arm muscles.
o Leg swing: Begin by standing with your arms bent, and then lift your palms on each side. Move in a circular motion with your feet planted. Keep your core tight and squeeze your biceps during this exercise. Keep a barbell in front of your head. Next, bend your knees at an angle of 90 degrees. Now, hold the weights above your head and pull them towards yourself.

* The leg swing: This is where you extend one leg back and lift the other. When performing leg swings, focus on the triceps rather than the biceps. Ideally, the handstand requires you to hold the weight above your head. Hold the weight as tight as you can, and then slowly lower it to your head. These exercises are effective in building bigger arms without weights.
o The handstand involves you putting your arm behind your back. You will need to use the other arm to support it. To do this, you'll need to stand straight up and hold your other arm. It is more difficult for your arms and forearms than usual to support your weight. This will help to develop your biceps. So, try to hold a vacuum cleaner with your other hand and perform biceps curls with one arm.
Armstand: For larger arms, the armstand is a classic exercise. You can either use dumbbells or other equipment at home. A brick, soup can or water bottle are all good options. As long as you have a straight back and parallel body, you can perform this exercise with one hand. It will strengthen your biceps and improve your overall body posture.

One-arm Pushups: One arm pushups are a great way to bulk up your biceps. For this exercise, extend your elbows outwards and use your biceps as a support for the object. Your biceps will have to compensate for the absence of support. If you have trouble doing it, you can also perform it with one arm. The handstand can be used to strengthen your arms and make you look better.
